Titan Talent is partnering with a well-established and growing construction company in Southeast Michigan seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team.

This organization works across a variety of heavy civil and infrastructure-related projects and is known for maintaining strong internal standards, steady growth, and long-term project partnerships.

Position Overview

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and competitive cost estimates while collaborating with internal leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Assist with budgeting, scheduling considerations, and project planning

• Work closely with project managers and leadership throughout the bidding process

• Maintain organized documentation and clear communication during preconstruction

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating (heavy civil or infrastructure experience preferred)

• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications

• Proficiency in estimating and construction management software

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
